Welcome to Rudgear Meadows and the Rudgear
Meadows Homeowner's Association Website. This site is designed especially
for and maintained by Rudgear Meadows residents. RMHOA was founded in
April, 1977 in part to insure that landscaped common areas as well as the pool
facility are adequately maintained. Through various committees such as the
pool and social committee, landscape committee, and design review committee, RMHOA
is attempting to assure homeowners in our community that these objectives will
be met.
Rudgear
Meadows is surrounded by the Shell Ridge Open Space with a beautiful view of Mt.
Diablo. In our neighborhood, you will see deer, raccoons, squirrels,
opossums, coyote, fox and watch out for the occasional
skunk. There are many hiking trails in the Shell Ridge Open Space that
originate from our neighborhood streets. These areas are open to all
residents.
H.O.M.E.S. (Home Owners Management and
Environmental Services) is the management company retained by RMHOA. This
company, operated by Patsy Weis, is responsible for the day-to-day property management of
our Association. If you have questions or any problems concerning RMHOA,
please contact a board member.
RMHOA is guided by a Board of
Directors with the help of homeowners and various committees. RMHOA has
one annual meeting held during March. Review of the following year's approved budget, voting for new
board members, and any other pertinent topics will be on the agenda.
A RMHOA board meeting is held once monthly at a
regular time chosen by the Board Members. All homeowners are invited and
encouraged to attend these meetings to keep informed or bring subjects to the
board for discussion.
All
Rudgear Meadows Homeowner's Association members are encouraged to
attend our annual meeting which is scheduled for Tues., March 30, 2010 @ 7:30 pm
(Walnut
Heights Elementary School Multipurpose Room).
