Map of Rudgear Meadows

Rudgear Meadows has many beautiful "common areas" that are owned and maintained
by the Rudgear Meadows Homeowner's Association.  There are three levels of maintenance.
The areas designated:
                    
                            are maintained weed free 10 to 15 feet from the street with a regular spray
                            of weed killer.

                            are maintained weed free 10 to 15 feet from the street; and trees, shrubs, etc.
                            are pruned and maintained.

                            are fully landscaped and maintained including irrigation and weekly gardening
                            services.
