All Rudgear Meadows Homeowner's Association members are encouraged to attend our annual meeting which is scheduled for Tues., March 30, 2010 @ 7:30 pm (Walnut Heights Elementary School Multipurpose Room).

On January 18, 2007, RMHOA bylaws were adopted in order to eliminate confusing or conflicting provisions pertaining to voting and election rules.  This issue arose due to a new law effecting homeowner associations which became effective July 1, 2006.

Highlights of the law and resulting changes to our bylaws included prohibiting proxies, removing cumulative voting, reducing the quorum requirements and replacing the written ballot with the new “secret ballot” method which was created by the new law.
